So this is the start?

For over two years now I have toyed around with the idea of creating and selling sauces and cooking rubs, I clearly have not gotten off my rump to do it. Cooking is something I enjoy doing for family and friends and figuring out a way to make it into something I can share with others seems to be a natural extension.

Why sauces and stuff?

Whether it is sauces, brining, rubs, compound butter or whatnot, they are usually the components that take a meal to the next level. Grill a steak is one thing, making a compound butter from scratch takes it to the next level. It is usually the little things that make meals great and I like to focus on those components, let us see how it goes.
